Band Industries Terms of Service

By entering this competition, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The promoter is Band Industries INC. whose registered office is at 191 Saddletree Dr, Port Townsend, WA 98368, USA.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Band Industries INC. and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.roadiemusic.com/privacy-policy

The competition will be announced on all of the promoter’s social platforms and mailing lists.

This is an email-only competition. Only users in the promoter’s database/mailing list will be eligible to enter.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. The participant must simply submit their valid email address as requested in the pop-up on our website https://www.roadiemusic.com

The competition will run for 48 hours only starting on December 30, 2024, at 00:00 PST, and ending on December 31, 2024, at 23:59 PST. The promoter is allowed to extend or make changes to the timeframe of the competition.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the promoter.

Participants must enter their valid and active email address in the required field of the pop-up displayed on the website https://www.roadiemusic.com and ensure they have properly submitted it.

The winner will be selected with a random lucky draw. The winner will be contacted by email, at the same email address provided to us during the competition on January 3, 2025.

If the winner cannot be contacted we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/delivered.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

This competition has one winner. The winner can choose one of these products: a Roadie 3 or a Roadie Coach.

Prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. The prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winner agrees to the use of their name and their submitted video/content in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of law.
